Ale Raiser Brewing Co.

We like to say that "some raise cows, some raise corn, and we raise Ale!"  At Ale Raiser Brewing Company, that's what we do.  We Raise Ale!  So lift up your glass and raise a little ale with us.  After all, a little ale raisin' never hurt anyone.

At Ale Raiser Brewing, we have a passion for sharing our Texas-inspired brews with you and the rest of the world. Currently our brewery is still in development. We will eventually open our doors in the oldest rolling flour mill in Texas.  The old mill is located about 25 miles northwest of Fort Worth and was built in 1883.  We are excited to re-purpose that amazing space into a production brewery and tap room.

Because we are still in development, we'd respectfully request that you stay in touch and visit our website to learn about all of our new developments.  Although we haven't officially gone to market yet, we promise you that you'll be raisin' a little ale with us before too long!

Our Ale Raisin' Brews

We are working on building our Beer Farm Tasting Room, developing a long line of beer offerings, and eventually getting our product on the shelf at a location near you. For the time being, here is a little taster of "the Ale that we are Raisin'."

---------

The Blonde Ale Raiser - Blonde’s tend to be feisty, especially in Texas!  We brewed and hopped this hotty with a delicate mix of German hops and the freshest barley that we could find.  This beer boasts a clean malt profile that isn’t over-bearing.  You’ll feel refreshed after drinking our Blonde Ale Raiser and it'll make you shout out loud "Ale Yeah!"  Cheers!

----------

The Brunette Ale Raiser - This Brunette is a little classy and yet a little sassy!  She has a sweet aroma and some nice bronze skin.  She is a little hoppy but not too much.  You won't be sorry when you've raised a little ale with this hot Brunette!

-----------

Ale Raisin' Red Head

The Red Headed Ale Raiser - The feistiest of all!  Like most gingers, this red head is destined to knock you off your feet.  This Ale Raisin' lass gives off hints of ginger, orange peel, and the right amount of maltiness.  Some raise cows, some raise crops, this red head raises ale!

The Bavarian Ale Raiser- Brewed in the style of old Bavarian recipes, our light and refreshing Bavarian Ale Raiser possesses hints of coriander, wheat, and champagne.  When you drink the Bavarian Ale Raiser, you’ll feel like you were teleported to Munich during Oktoberfest and sitting next to the cutest beer maid in Germany!  The beauty though is that you can raise a little Bavarian ale right wherever you are!
