What You'll Bring:

• A valid and current Florida RN License.
• At least 1 year of Medicare Home Health RN Nursing experience.
• Current CEUs for HIV, Domestic Violence, and Alzheimer's.
• Level 2 Background screening- More information can be found at: 
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Updated TB/PPD.

Your Impact:

As a Home Health RN, you'll be instrumental in providing personalized, high-quality care, including:

• Conducting comprehensive OASIS assessments and developing tailored plans of care in collaboration with PCPs.
• Administering medications and treatments, anticipating patient needs, and making recommendations to optimize their well-being.
• Ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and collaborating with our in-office case managers.
• Empowering patients and their families with essential health instructins, coaching, and counsel.
