Choose Your Night Shift (12-Hour Rotations: 5:30 PM – 5:30 AM)
Enjoy built-in days off every single week with our alternating schedule:
- Front-End Night Shift: Week 1 (Mon, Tue, Wed) | Week 2 (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu)
- Back-End Night Shift: Week 1 (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun) | Week 2 (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Competitive Pay
- Machine Operator: $19.50/hr + $1.10/hr shift differential ($20.60/hr total starting rate)
- Machine Operator Helper: $18.50/hr + $0.50/hr shift differential ($19.00/hr total starting rate)
What You’ll Do
- Set up, operate, and maintain specialized machinery for heavy industrial wire manufacturing.
- Monitor equipment efficiency to consistently meet quality and production goals.

Responsibilities
- Follow machine-specific Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform machine setup and maintain continuous machine operation
- Monitor machine settings and recrod product and scrap
- Conduct and document quality testing
- May operate a forklift (license required)
- Adhere to safety, quality and environmental standards
- Standing, walking - frequent to constant
- Lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs.
- Climbing stairs/ladders - Occasional
- Bending/body rotation, reaching, repetitive
- Fine motor skills, effective verbal communication, visual acuity
The essential functions of this role include:
- working in a smoke free environment
- wearing steel toe shoes
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
