Medical ReceptionistWe are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to delivering excellent patient care while supporting clinic operations.Key Responsibilities:Greet and assist patients in a professional and empathetic mannerManage front desk operations including check-in/check-out processesSchedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointmentsHandle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with clear and professional communicationAssist patients with basic information regarding services, procedures, and clinic policiesMaintain accurate patient records and update information in the EMR systemEnsure patient confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulationsSupport administrative tasks such as documentation, referrals, and follow-upsQualifications:Previous front desk or patient-facing experience in a clinical or healthcare settingStrong verbal and written English communication skillsDemonstrated ability to show empathy and professionalism when dealing with distressed or urgent patient situationsBasic knowledge and navigation of EMR/EHR systems (any platform)Completed HIPAA awareness training or willingness to undergo trainingSkills & Competencies:Excellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and time management abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyProblem-solving mindset with a patient-first approachWork Setup & Schedule:Schedule may vary based on clinic hours (including possible shifts aligned with international time zones)Please note: This job post does not guarantee immediate client onboarding.
